Having been featured in numerous interior design
magazines, this apartment on Mount Faber speaks of a refined taste and
unparalleled refinement of the owners. Combining modern toilets and kitchens;
here the owners have opted for mosaic tiling as opposed to the predictable, high
maintenance stainless steel contraptions and ethnic decor. The result is a very
appealing combination of the modern and the ethnic.
Large breakfast patio overlooks the sea-with
balconies that stretch almost 180 degrees around the apartment. One
essential drawback is its location- not being anywhere near the accessible and
popular 9/10/11. What makes up for the inconvenience ( I wouldn't exactly
say inaccessible, with an expressway transporting you to the CBD in about 10
minutes though there aren't any amenities within walking distance of the
development) is the generous square footage and amazing sense of style
interior wise at a rental price that is impossible in the more popular areas.
